Q1. How was womb-yoga? Did you get details and understand method?
It was a very nice experience. I especially liked that your stretching technique was very good. I felt better immediately after stretching and I felt that after it I could do positions more easily than I usually do at regular yoga lessons. I did understand very well your method and your concept. Also, I feel much more relaxed immediately after stretching and after the lesson I felt great and energetic.
Q2. How was my explanation? Was it understandable?
Your explanation was very clear and I especially liked that you connected it with life philosophy, female physiology and nutrition as well. I have learned things about hormones etc. that I had no idea about. That was very useful.
Q3. How was my instruction? Voice volume, speed, tone…
It was again very good. I felt that your way of explaining things was very clear. Your voice is good too, no problem with speed or tone, I also liked that you include a little meditation at the end and not only a “corpse pose” itself as a regular resting pose.
Q4. Which was your best impression about womb-yoga?
I really felt much stronger after it immediately. The next day i had muscle pain in abdomen and thighs too, which usually doesn`t happen at regular yoga lessons. It means that these muscles were well used, I think. At regular yoga lessons i get muscle pain as well, but different parts, abdomen and things very rarely. I really feel it is essential for me to get stronger abdomen and thighs, also because of my knee problem, but since I really hate gym and exercise that is not yoga, it is hard for me to persist doing it. I feel I could persist with your approach.
Q5. Would you like to recommend womb-yoga to your friends?
Definitely yes. I already did.
Q6. Any comment is appreciated.
I think I said more or less everything. Again, thank you so much for this wonderful experience. I definitely want to try again. It would be great to do it on my own too, but i am not disciplined at exercising on my own.
