Three Core Muscles Work Together
As I explained modern women have not been using their pelvic muscles because of the availability of high quality sanitary products.
It means your multifidus muscles (back muscles), transverse abdominis muscles (abdominal muscles) and pelvic muscles become weak. Why does it happen? Because those three core muscles work together. And they are deeply connected. And actually modern sanitary products are said to contain toxin as strong as dioxin. Its toxicity is a concern as there are endocrine disrupting effects which has adverse effect on our hormone secretory functions.
So now let’s see what happens when the multifidus muscles become weak? Multifidus muscles are along with your spine from neck to lower back. It keeps your posture straight and they are constantly to support your spine.
If those muscles become weak, the shoulder curve forward and the scapula opens. It makes your system and the ribs sink inward that puts pressure on the lungs and the breathing becomes shallow. When the breathing is shallow the lungs don’t get enough oxygen. And that means the brain doesn’t get enough oxygen. Without oxygen the brain cannot perform its normal functions.
Another thing, when your posture is poor, your neck cannot support the head. And the neck to goes forward. It result in a condition called “Straight Neck”. It generates problems such as headache, nausea, dizziness and even depression.
Then I will explain about transversus abdominis muscle. Transversus abdominis are located very deep in your abdomen, the closest to organs. Many organs are supported by transversus abdominis. If these muscles are weak, you cannot hold the organs in the right place and they start drooping down. All organs are surrounded by capillary vessels. If your organs are drooping, blood flow will be very minimal. It means you cannot digest very well also nutrient absorption will be reduced.
At the end, I will explain about pelvic muscles. Pelvic muscles located in the most bottom of the torso. They stretch out just above the excretory organs. Womb is located just above pelvic muscles. As I explained when we use high quality sanitary products, pelvic muscles become weak. The reason is not only sanitary products but also we have less chance to use our body in this convenient modern time.
So what happens when pelvic muscles become weak? When we become older and older we will have difficulties to excretory function such as incontinence. Women have difficulties when they deliver baby. Also your organs such as bladder, womb and intestine will be dysfunction because of blood flow disturbance. Women will have hormonal imbalance and gynecological disorders. If the pelvic muscles is enough exercised, you feel more stable because you can maintain axis of torso. It means you can absorb impact when you have shock to your body. Even your abdominis and spine muscle are strong, you can’t feel stable enough if the pelvic muscles are weak. Pelvic muscles are the root of the core muscles.
It is important to note that muscles generate 40% of the entire heat in your body. They amazingly make your system healthier. High temperature encourages cell regeneration and kills pathogen including cancer cells. Core muscles make your posture straight. And improve your body function and immune system.
Pelvic muscles, multifidus muscles and transverse abdominis are deeply connected. And they work together to maintain health, both physical and mental.
